Attended wenhao's bro's wedding dinner last night over at Clarke Quay.
It was held in a very nice restaurant but the seats assigned to us wasn't that great.
In fact, we couldn't see the bride and groom on stage.

So we merely listened, enjoy the food and sit with uncles (e__e)

Anyway the food was good, atmosphere was nice, and after the dinner we managed a stroll down to bugis to take a bus ride home.

witness some peeps playin reverse bungee. looks fun but i doubt i can stomach it very well hahaha

nice?

Today is the last day for me to be in the office. my contract's due. Chingling's as well. so both of us leavin the company. The rest of the dept cooked for us and we had a very filling lunch. doubt i can have dinner. since i'm leaving, i thought why not leave them something. so i made some memoboards for them. my personal fav was actually the dartboard i gave to george haha

sneak peek. half done memoboards.

ginger bread man

cat for leehuei

spent several late nights doin these so i pretty much have quite abit of eyebags already.
but hearin the squeals of the ladies in my dept, lol pretty satisfying. means they liked it.

think i'm getting fat again. better excecise. the moms in the office are feeding us too well. my bf's feeding me to well too. maybe make my conditions lower then nobody else would want me lol then he can lock me up somewhere n hide from flies.

so to exercise..... shall go get a pair of rollerblades as me n gu n CL go blade shopping tomorrow.

i'm banned from blading in the evenings alone tho. *shakes head*

Daddy bought me new shoes!!!!

am gonna be goin dwn to east coast to rollerblade w my colleagues tomorrow morning and perhaps if jamesy is free he'll bring me to simlim or something to help me choose a new pc. sunday's ktv night!!

next week's gonna be my last week working in Discovery Channel cos contract ending.

it's really assuring and comforting to know once again that i'm not just the only one who cares and have people in my mind, and that the feeling is actually reciprocated. did i spell that right? lol anyway, perhaps due to the past when i was a kid and i had a bunch of friends whom i placed a great deal of importance in them since they are my friends and the only bunch of people i play with. with them i placed a lot of effort in making friendships work but things just didn't fit in properly. more than often i give more than i realised and they didn't even care much about me and my needs.

u noe, i always had this sorta like an ideal vacation. it's like a dream i hope i can fulfil. to have a vacation overseas to Japan with a group of selected close friends. people whom i know i can have lotsa lotsa crazy fun with and people who shares the same amount of enthusiasm towards the idea or if not, more than me! i want crazy and fun people with me.

me n sano made a pact. a promise that someday we'll make that dream come true. of course between us, i know it'll happen someday. but i hope for better, which is to have more people joining us.

billy: "NANA..." says:
i was thinkin, we should go on a tour like tat together. Sano, you , Me, kelvin, etsa etc
billy: "NANA..." says:
will be hell lotsa fun

so now i know who else to include into my dream plan. hee.

and what's comforting, well some may brush it off, be happy for awhile but forget what these sentences signifies... but to me, it means that someone else was also thinking about you and including you in their plans for future activities. To me it represents a bond in friendship, a level of closeness etc.

To me, it's significant.

and now i have Billy to help and he sounds pretty enthusiastic about the BBQ i intend to have during december. neat. that's really comforting as well. i can't be bothered with people who gives empty promises or is sloppy about helping. it's very disappointing and i don't like feeling disappointed again.

am now in the project of making memo boards for my colleagues as farewell gifts. seriously hope that i can finish it on time though.

weez!

INFJ - The Mystic
(for more click above link)

quotes from the observation i find accurate.

"INFJs are future oriented, and direct their insight and inspiration toward the understanding of themselves and thereby human nature. Their work mirrors their integrity, and it needs to reflect their inner ideals. Solitude and an opportunity to concentrate thoroughly on what counts most is important to them. INFJs prefer to quietly exert their influence"

Living
"INFJ children have two sides. They can be very much involved in the world of people, as well as quiet, imaginative, and in their own world. "

Learning
"INFJs have a strong love of learning, and they tend to do well academically. Through persistence, diligence, and conscientiousness, they complete their assignments on time. They are likely to enjoy research and will go great lengths to find answers.

INFJs enjoy investigating the possibilities and meanings beyond the actual facts and realities. Reading holds a particular fascination for them because it allows them to have quiet reflection time and engages their imagination. They also like the written word (and rely on it more than the spoken word) since it is usually better structured and more coherent with a ready-made framework.

INFJs write and communicate well because they want to formulate their ideas clearly. They place high regard on their reader and audience. They seek to communicate their ideals to others. When their ideals need to be championed, they speak up in an enthusiastic and impassioned way."

"They are quiet and orderly, reflective and thoughtful, and sincerely want to please their teachers and learn the right thing. They learn best from others but want time to assimilate material by themselves.

INFJs will go beyond what has been presented and often mull material over in their minds. Occasionally they will discuss ruminations with others in order to learn even more. They particularly like the more conceptual and theoretical classes, therefore, higher education is comfortable to them."

Working
"They are personal be with others, working with integrity and consistency, and they follow through on their commitments. INFJs, while concentrating on what is important to them, may ignore the political ramifications of their actions. They can be surprised by the necessity of being political and usually resent that aspect of organizational life. Being able to talk honestly and comfortably to people at work is much more important to them than 'playing games.'"

"The INFJ external environment may be only partially organised. Their internal environment, by contrast, is anything but haphazard. Their ideas need to fit into a coherent whole that has the pieces in place. Organization of the internal world takes precedence over organization of external world."

Leading
"INFJs lead through their quiet yet persistent and determined effort toward long-range goals for themselves, others and their organizations. In working toward their vision, they win cooperation rather than demand it. INFJs work to make their insights real and are able to inspire others with their ideals. They use a low-key, soft, yet intense and determined course of action. When they do not directly lead others, they may still act as facilitators between people. In meetings, they focus on both people and new ideas."

Leisure
"Leisure-time pursuits for INFJs are often solitary or involve the company of others who are particularly important to them. Sitting around with dear friends discussing feelings can be very special to INFJs. INFJs are likely to have friends of long standing rather than make many new acquaintances."

Loving
"For INFJs, 'still waters run deep.' They tend to become attracted to someone special and prefer this one deep relationship over many superficial ones."

INFJs are hard to get to know. They have an unusually rich inner life, but they are reserved and tend not to share their reactions except with those they trust. Because of their vulnerability through a strong facility to introject, INFJs can be hurt rather easily by others, which, perhaps, is at least one reason they tend to be private people. People who have known an INFJ for years may find sides emerging which come as a surprise. Not that INFJs are inconsistent; they are very consistent and value integrity. But they have convoluted, complex personalities which sometimes puzzle even them.

got an sms frm iman this morn saying i might be INFJ instead of ISFJ? haha

I cant retain any memory for the psychological theories of all these personality types. Only a matter of agree and disagree.

There are alot of N characteristics in me, but likewise, there are also alot of S characteristics in me. So what if both forms the basic of my living principles? how to decide which is which? a balance perhaps? or must there be a definite inclination?

iman's bf shot down her examples of my S characteristics thus i am S person discussion and defended with his reasoning that "INFJs' have good S cos they're emotional-memory-people based and value histories lots."

haha

what you think? do comment expansively.

Got curious so went and read online and here are some comparative extracts of the two personality type.

ISFJ

"ISFJs have a rich inner world that is not usually obvious to observers. They constantly take in information about people and situations that is personally important to them, and store it away. This tremendous store of information is usually startlingly accurate, because the ISFJ has an exceptional memory about things that are important to their value systems. It would not be uncommon for the ISFJ to remember a particular facial expression or conversation in precise detail years after the event occured, if the situation made an impression on the ISFJ. "

"They value security and kindness, and respect traditions and laws. They tend to believe that existing systems are there because they work. Therefore, they're not likely to buy into doing things in a new way, unless they're shown in a concrete way why its better than the established method. "

"ISFJs learn best by doing, rather than by reading about something in a book, or applying theory. For this reason, they are not likely to be found in fields which require a lot of conceptual analysis or theory. They value practical application. Traditional methods of higher education, which require a lot of theorizing and abstraction, are likely to be a chore for the ISFJ. The ISFJ learns a task best by being shown its practical application. Once the task is learned, and its practical importance is understood, the ISFJ will faithfully and tirelessly carry through the task to completion. The ISFJ is extremely dependable. "

"More so than other types, ISFJs are extremely aware of their own internal feelings, as well as other people's feelings. They do not usually express their own feelings, keeping things inside. If they are negative feelings, they may build up inside the ISFJ until they turn into firm judgments against individuals which are difficult to unseed, once set. Many ISFJs learn to express themselves, and find outlets for their powerful emotions. "

"Just as the ISFJ is not likely to express their feelings, they are also not likely to let on that they know how others are feeling. However, they will speak up when they feel another individual really needs help, and in such cases they can truly help others become aware of their feelings. "

"The ISFJ feels a strong sense of responsibility and duty. They take their responsibilities very seriously, and can be counted on to follow through. For this reason, people naturally tend to rely on them. The ISFJ has a difficult time saying "no" when asked to do something, and may become over-burdened. In such cases, the ISFJ does not usually express their difficulties to others, because they intensely dislike conflict, and because they tend to place other people's needs over their own. The ISFJ needs to learn to identify, value, and express their own needs, if they wish to avoid becoming over-worked and taken for granted. "

"ISFJs need positive feedback from others. In the absence of positive feedback, or in the face of criticism, the ISFJ gets discouraged, and may even become depressed. "

above referencial quotes taken from Personality Page.

INFJ

"INFJs place great importance on havings things orderly and systematic in their outer world. They put a lot of energy into identifying the best system for getting things done, and constantly define and re-define the priorities in their lives. On the other hand, INFJs operate within themselves on an intuitive basis which is entirely spontaneous. They know things intuitively, without being able to pinpoint why, and without detailed knowledge of the subject at hand. They are usually right, and they usually know it. Consequently, INFJs put a tremendous amount of faith into their instincts and intuitions. This is something of a conflict between the inner and outer worlds, and may result in the INFJ not being as organized as other Judging types tend to be. Or we may see some signs of disarray in an otherwise orderly tendency, such as a consistently messy desk. "

"INFJs have uncanny insight into people and situations. They get "feelings" about things and intuitively understand them. As an extreme example, some INFJs report experiences of a psychic nature, such as getting strong feelings about there being a problem with a loved one, and discovering later that they were in a car accident. This is the sort of thing that other types may scorn and scoff at, and the INFJ themself does not really understand their intuition at a level which can be verbalized. Consequently, most INFJs are protective of their inner selves, sharing only what they choose to share when they choose to share it. They are deep, complex individuals, who are quite private and typically difficult to understand. INFJs hold back part of themselves, and can be secretive. "

"But the INFJ is as genuinely warm as they are complex. INFJs hold a special place in the heart of people who they are close to, who are able to see their special gifts and depth of caring. INFJs are concerned for people's feelings, and try to be gentle to avoid hurting anyone. They are very sensitive to conflict, and cannot tolerate it very well. Situations which are charged with conflict may drive the normally peaceful INFJ into a state of agitation or charged anger. They may tend to internalize conflict into their bodies, and experience health problems when under a lot of stress. "

"On the other hand, INFJ is a perfectionist who doubts that they are living up to their full potential. INFJs are rarely at complete peace with themselves - there's always something else they should be doing to improve themselves and the world around them. They believe in constant growth, and don't often take time to revel in their accomplishments. They have strong value systems, and need to live their lives in accordance with what they feel is right. In deference to the Feeling aspect of their personalities, INFJs are in some ways gentle and easy going. Conversely, they have very high expectations of themselves, and frequently of their families. They don't believe in compromising their ideals."

"In the workplace, the INFJ usually shows up in areas where they can be creative and somewhat independent. They have a natural affinity for art, and many excel in the sciences, where they make use of their intuition. INFJs can also be found in service-oriented professions. They are not good at dealing with minutia or very detailed tasks. The INFJ will either avoid such things, or else go to the other extreme and become enveloped in the details to the extent that they can no longer see the big picture. An INFJ who has gone the route of becoming meticulous about details may be highly critical of other individuals who are not. "

there's another page on me n wilson's relationship but i guess i'll skip that haha

Snakes are mean things.

Venomous snakes are mean, Big snakes (e.g. anacondas) are mean.

After watching so many tapes (work related reasons) about a snake catcher, god gracious do i know truly know how mean they are.

the times when they talk about those big snakes biting ya and u'll suffocate to death and they constrict round u esp if it's around u're neck, you'll hardly hav much chance of surviving. but truly, how strong is strong when they constrict u? u kinda won't know till it truly happens to u or something.

then i saw this scene. the snake wrapped its tail round a man's fist real quick. it's over 3m in length and the sheer size is.. fascinating. anyway, the man was in pain. his blood circulation is being cut off by the snake constriciting it's tail round his fist. 2 other man pulling at it didn't help alot till they used up lotsa strength and ideas on removing its deadly grip. geez.

snake never really caused me to feel much. not that i don't know hw dangerous they are nor do i not fear them. but .. there hasnt been a time where i'm in awe with intimidation or fascination about them yet.

i'm not a lover of snakes u noe.

but one snake caught my attention. it's.. gorgeous. at least i found it gorgeous. i mean... u'll alway hear the host saying 'wow this is gorgeous bla bla'. u hear that australian steve austin guy say crocs r gorgeous probably thousands o'er times already. i could never understand why they think this scaly things looks gorgeous. but this snake, is the first, that ever made me wanna say that it looks gorgeous. it's all black, very very mean and very very aggressive. it has this really intimidating look. thick and mean and black. normally when snakes are caught they wriggle n try to bite. it's normal. but when they catch this snake, its reaction is very very aggressive. it thrusts around dangerously. deadly venomous snake.

gosh.

the Tiger Snake.

The program The Snake Buster has probably been aired in Singapore already. Nonetheless, I think it's probably my first time watching it. First few episodes made me fall asleep but as I watched on, It starts to get my attention and now I have a whole new level of appreciations for snakes. think this host is really good. *grins* always gd when u can appreciate something better. always strive for that. that's wad we live for. Improvements.

learnt something too. don't try washing snake bite wounds. keep pressure bands/bandages or something around and wrap ard arm or where the bite is to cut off circulation or something to stop the venom frm spreadin and next, chiong to hospital of course.

Got up early and left for earlier than usual today so bumped into leehuei while on my way to my office from expo. was waiting for the shuttlebus but got brainwashed to walk with her instead. heard something pretty interesting and funny.

well i guess for those who has known me well for long would've known that my face is pretty much expressionless at times. if not, it normally gets misunderstood as being grouchy. lol only a few lucky ones get to know me and deem me cheerful. means i'm v comfortable w them. cos if i cant chat up normally w u i'll normally zone out. i'm not all that gd with striking up conversations with ppl i'm not v familiar with.

and so my face is always the same ol' straight face when i'm in the office. my colleagues know how to read my expressions to know whether i'm grouchy or not. wilson as well, sano as well, close friends knows basically.

for those who doesn't usually just thinks that i don't smile that much that's all.

and so a japanese colleague of mine commented to leehuei on not having see me flare up before (cos i dun) or put on a v black face (cos face owaz same wahaha) then like v cool like that. (wahahahha *rolls on flr*) . she made that comment after i came by leehuei's desk to give her back her pen and move off to the toilet. my thai colleague then joined in to agree with the japanese colleague's comments.

funny.

rememebered once another temp who left gave us all a farewell gift and each one of us has gotten a personalised message within. mine was something about me always lookin cool and shld smile more.

lol (e__e)

Check out my hamsters! it's so damn fat now! the one in the food bowl is baibai. it's so fat, it looked like a ball sprouting furs! The cute one all crawled up and sleeping on it's back is heizai. the more guai one. always get bullied by the big fat one. normally we'll dote on the smaller one more by allowing it to eat first and giving it treats since it's so poor thing and smaller probably cos big fat one snatches its food. i remembered once witnessing the big one pinning down the small one and snatching a corn from its mouth! so ke lian (poor thing).

Hailoon said these are gems. Dad got it from some thailand guy. neat huh. now i can keep em hehehe pack them aside, forget abt them and years later take them out again.

Got bored so started taking random photos in the kitchen.

Am gonna head down to try out Carl's Jr today with wilson and his friends after i finish work. wonder if it's really good. meat, especially beef, sets my saliva going.

gonna be headin to try an authentic ramen restaurant cos leehuei recommended it and say it's good so she's gonna be bring us there. good food gotta be shared so after i know where it is i'll let u guys know abt it heh.

It's been raining lots and damn heavily nowadays so much so that my slippers and feets are getting soaked. two pair of slippers of mine got 'banned' at work cos too sloppy. wtf!? aiyah heck lah. raining can!? no more shoes to wear!!!

once again i've been asked a question of why blog and related issues abt them. leehuei says my voice sounds nice on the radio lol. it was an simple random-pick interview anyway. so many reasons why ppl wanna start blogs man. for me? i've been writing for 3 -4 years already. blog is like a friend of mine that balances my life. though i contribute less nowadays and altho i blog and pen down less 'thoughts' of mine already or those super duper long entries (that i more than often get protests from Tanya), well, why act intelligent when i think i'm just fine lol i don't have flowerly cheem sounding words and sentences to offer. reading my friends' flowery words r enough. sometimes too much of them causes me to have brain damage. especially feng's. once she sets her mind to it i swear she can toast my brain out. i remembered reading her entry 3 times just to understand wad the heck it was abt. once, i read so many times i lost count and i still couldn't get it. hahahaha

don't have to always wreck my brain and split it apart trying to think of things to 'discuss' about or topics to write abt. i merely randomly write, leadin to general entries abt wad i'm doin and all hahaha well, i CAN discuss. but i dislike thinking of topics to write abt. lol

lazy.

i'm hungry. rarr. ate only porridge this morn. more n more taichi games in the office now. fingers and mouths more powerful than guns man. sianz. adults r such idiots wahahaha

i tried makin somen last night to eat. all by myself to enjoy. think i cooked too much. wahaha couldnt' finish altho i tried finish at least 3/4 of it. mom chucked the rest.

watched full circle last night and saw a scene of child abuse. serious wacking. then mom was sitting by the couch watching with me and i ate my somen noisily. think those scenes sparked some thoughts in her and she started tellin me abt her mom. my grandma who has passed away nearly 4 years ago. (time flies!) grandma led a pretty tough life. she's 83 when she passed away so she would've been 87 by now i guess. 87 years ago, life in sg was tough. slightly after world war i guess. there were still the tradition of taking in young girls as wives-to-be for the newborn (or yet born) sons. so wives would normally end up being much older than the guys. naturally there'll be generation gap and more than often, sad fact abt such arranged marriages r that there's hardly love between these couples. most of these men end up having second wives or something. grandma led a life hardly seeing her husband. all she had, was her kids. yet so mani children to take care of. well, back then sons r the gems of the family for obvious reasons. favouritsm exists in a large scale in families. mom happens to be one of those targetted for venting frustrations. heard frm mom abt how grandma would beat them and all. well my mom is always the fierce and independent one in the family altho grandma is v fierce as well. mom pretty rebellious back then lol can still see that rebellious streak in her now. haiz. thank god such practices no longer exists in modern world. back then kids were sold to familes for money. haiz. unthinkable.

Saw a cute lil kitten that's probably just a couple of weeks old being carried across from Cheer's fridge into the bushes. the mama cat lifted it up by biting at it's neck area. cute!!!! then that lil fella was such an energetic furball that it kept prancing around the bushes, making it difficult for me to take a good look at it, let alone try getting a gd shot with my hp camera.

think at some point we got too close to the baby and the mama cat got fierce with us LOL suddenly prance into sight from the bushes and hissed at us.

alritey, note taken. me n wilson backed off and squatted elsewhere to 'view' the kitten.

went Benppu Ramen at China Square on tuesday evening. was supposed to meet wenhao there with wilson to get something but that guy got sick so me n bf had a good dinner there ourselves. wilson challenged eating at spicy rate 8 (maximum!!!) and my gawd. just a tiny drop was enough to make me sure that it's a damn spicy one. i took rate 2 and i was sweating already. wilson is mad i tell ya! but the dessert was yummy. hee.

me n wilson went swimming on wednesday evening haha surprisingly still quite crowded though the skies darkened significantly.

after 3 pathetic laps i attempted, got tired, so soon started 'soaking' in the water for the rest of the time. LOL

Bedok Interchange's havin pasar malam right now! those huge ones! I simply love pasar malams since young though some could be seriously boring and pathetic but this one is packed and bustling and lotsa food and stuff and i bought cheap yet super nice stickers! 8 big and long strips (hamtaro.. mickey mse.. pooh bear n friends.. cute rabbit) for only a buck in total! there was turkish ice cream as well! turkish men are cheeky fellows. winked at wilson! wahahaha

but seriously, wad caught my undivided attention and drooling at the mere thought of it, are the MEATPUFFS!!! totally adored them. mom always buy them when i was a kid. but it's kinda hard to find nowadays in singapore. gotta go to specific places to get them. realised bedok interchange's hawker have lots to offer! food-wise! never did pay much attention to them before but.. wow. the mutton soup n all was gd. i like such atmosphere. the bustling feeling of kopitiams. everybody eat in relaxed manner but there's this excitable air around. well, i HAVE been helpin out at my dad's stall when i was a kid. influences. heh

took a shot with my hp when returning home from the swim.

i wandered around and went about buying this little gift for wilson. made 2. one for him and one for me. hee

surprise present for wilson

it's the korean festival now i think? lotsa events poppin up like film fests n activities during various dates.

am gonna go watch a korean movie named "Mapodo" w my colleagues later altho i have almost zero idea wad it's about. hahahaaha

Think I'm a slave for meat puffs cos they make me automatically wanna drool!

There's a pasar malam over at bedok interchange and they are sellin meat puffs there!! gonna go there after work to buy more. bought 3 yesterday, shared one with wilson and dad gobbled up the rest *cries*

have i mentioned that i bought a new blender? anyway, tried making smoothies and there's two conclusions.

1. Sour grapes makes sour smoothies. *yuck*
it's supposed to be sweet you know. damn!

2. Banana, handled inappropriately, makes REALLY HORRIBLE smoothies.
in fact i don't even know if it could be considered a smoothie in the first place.
Error no 1: Too little milk
Error no 2: Too many Banana!
Result: yogurt like texture, totally banana-ish!

MY GAWD YUCK.

my poor boi has to pretend like it tastes alrite and finish his share while i struggle to finish mine cos i made it. *gives a sour look*

haiz my poor dear is always so nice n obliging. thus suffering my miscalculated cooking results. my baibai is so fat now. top view down into the food bowl and it looked like a ball sprouting fur.

went o'er to sano's place yesterday. RAIN!!!!! rarrr!! and the journey was damn long. from my hse to choa chu kang. swear my butt's crackin! went over to get the puzzle boggle game from him and burn CD. then we crapped and all and sano taught me a few chords with his guitar. tough! my fingers are swollen just after pressing around a couple of strings that bored into my fingers like knives. my nails were hindering me from pressing them down correctly thus striking the wrong chord occasionally.

was eyeing this digicam but it's $500?

haiz

CL gave me the idea to auction away the old one. at least i get some $ back ya.

hm..

anyway, knockoff time. cya all!

MEATPUFFS!!!

ah yes, one last thing,

Dear, I love u lots! *huggles*
